Ready to transform your emotions into art?🌸
Hey, I’m Zoë!
I'm a queer, Korean-American illustrator, art teacher, and mental health advocate.
My work lives at the intersection of art and healing. I believe that creativity can be a powerful tool for processing emotions, building community, and telling the stories that don't always get told. That's why everything I make is rooted in authenticity, cultural relevance, and care.
Over the years I've had the privilege of creating work for clients like Adobe, Meta, Rare Beauty, and Vogue, as well as nonprofits including NAAPIMHA, TaskForce, and Half the Story. I've also spoken at the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian in Washington D.C., taught healing art workshops for the AANHPI community, and served as an online crisis counselor for Crisis Text Line.
As a Rare Beauty Mental Health Ambassador and MTV Mental Health Youth Fellow, I'm deeply committed to destigmatizing mental illness and creating space for honest, culturally relevant conversations about what it means to be okay, and what it means when you're not.
On social media under @zoecainart, I share my own lived experience with mental health through drawing and writing, not to have it all figured out, but to remind others that they're not alone.
At The End Of The Course You'll Be Able To:
Feel, Create & Tell Your Story Through Art
Tap into your inner world and turn your emotions into your greatest creative strength. Instead of wondering what to draw, you’ll learn how to use your own experiences as inspiration, building a style that feels honest and unmistakably yours. Through character design, color, journaling, and intentional sketching, you’ll develop a visual language that reflects who you are. 🌸
