Hi, I'm Zoë!
I’m a queer Korean-American illustrator, art teacher, and mental health advocate. My work lives at the intersection of art and healing, and I believe creativity can be a powerful tool for processing emotions, building community, and telling the stories that don’t always get told.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of creating work for clients like Adobe, Meta, Rare Beauty, and Vogue, alongside nonprofits including NAAPIMHA, TaskForce, and Half the Story. I’ve also spoken at the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian in Washington D.C., facilitated healing-centered art workshops for the AANHPI community, and worked as an online crisis counselor for Crisis Text Line.
Through my art and online community under @zoecainart, I share my lived experiences through drawing and storytelling, not because I have everything figured out, but because I want others to feel less alone.
This webinar is an extension of that same intention: to give you a safe, supportive space to express yourself, explore emotional storytelling, and connect more deeply with your own creative voice.
I really hope you’ll take advantage of this free opportunity to explore emotional character design and storytelling with me. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out through Instagram at @zoecainart.
See you there! :)
Zoë
